1. Order Processing 
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public 
holidays). 
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Surat Gujarat using trusted courier 
partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, or India Post etc. 

2. Shipping Charges and Delivery 
• We offer Standard Shipping across India. 
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹ 999. For orders below this value, a flat fee of ₹50 is 
applicable. 
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 

3. Taxes and GST Compliance 
• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax 
regulations. 
• A GST invoice will be provided with every order.

5. Tracking Orders

6. Restricted Items 
• All products are compliant with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and approved for 
sale in India. 
• We do not ship products restricted by Indian customs or local laws. 

7. Delays and non-delivery 
• In case of unforeseen delays (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), we will notify you promptly. 
• If a package is lost or undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we 
will coordinate a reshipment or refund as per our return policy.
